Breakfast excellent greatly enhanced by wonderful member of staff, Pauline. Always happy and helpful and hard working. Room well looked after, the flapping flags meant that windows had to be closed at night. Dinner on our celebratory night was superb. Food in bar area also good, again cheerful staff. Pool was a great asset facial treatment was a terrific.

I thought it was all in all a great place to stay. The pool facilities were great to experience. Staff were really accommodating. Any request was never too small… even borrowing a pair of scissors.

The room was large and comfortable and it was very useful to have a kitchenette with a young child. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant one night. The hotel is right in the town so there's plenty of other restaurant options. The balcony was unexpected and we enjoyed the views over the bay. The pool was a good size and the hotel was very quiet (the function rooms are separated from the bedrooms). The staff were all lovely.

Margaret and I we arrived separately and my welcome was so nice and friendly and I was told Margaret had gone for a walk. Our room was so big and my bed so large four people could fit easily. Bath and shower and percolate coffee ☕️ which we both enjoyed. Our Valentine's meal was fantastic and all served with a smile and it was so tasty good. We had a swim 🏊♂️ and jacuzzi and steam room and sauna so well laid out and just a beautiful amazing hotel and staff in all sections were so polite and friendly and good team spirit and we had a good meal in the bar and it was excellent and enjoyed our cocktails and the atmosphere was buzzing and good. We attended the Furey brothers and it just blew us away such a lovely week end we had and looking forward to returning soon. Thank You all Geraldine and Margaret

The staff were so friendly. The family suite was fab, so much space for our 10 month old to crawl around and had everything we needed for her bottles/food. Plus the balcony was something we didn't realise was part of the room so that was a lovely surprise especially with the view we had over Banrty Bay. Just stunning.

Room was beautiful, staff were very friendly over the 3 days. Pool area was very good and very clean. Food in the bar was amazing. Breakst was a buffet style breakfast with everything more than you could want.

The hotel is in a central location and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was varied and good quality. We used the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna which were all lovely.

The staff very very friendly and helpful, especially Ryan, who went above and beyond the call of duty. Also the Receptionists who were very obliging, as were all the other hotel staff that I encountered. I loved the location, the breakfasts, and the ambiance of the place. I had a great stay and look forward to returning in 2026.

Our room was not ready when we arrived early, and the staff was delightful and called up to hurry things along. Phil visited with us a bit. He was apologetic about all the renovation work that was going on in the lobby, but we didn't mind. He gave us some great advice on where to walk and have dinner. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping ladies were very kind and personable. The location was perfect for us. We walked all over town and enjoyed the bay so much. We walked over to the Super Valu for a few groceries. That was a treat! Breakfast was delish! Best brown bread we had in the 17 days we were in Ireland.
